Learn Phase
Gathering requirements is the main attraction of the Learn Phase. The process of gathering requirements is usually more than simply asking the users what they need and writing their answers down.
Plan Phase
The plans created during this phase will help you to manage time, cost, quality, change, risk and issues. They will also help you manage staff and external suppliers, to ensure that you deliver the project on time and within budget.
Design Phase
In the design phase the architecture is established. This phase starts with the requirement document delivered by the requirement phase and maps the requirements into an architecture.
Iterate Phase
A complete development loop resulting in a release of an executable product , Each iteration goes through the various disciplines, although with a different emphasis on each discipline depending on the phase.
Build Phase
The Build Phase tends to be the most demanding phase. As workouts begin to take off, workouts shift to build fitness you'll need to compete in your specific cycling discipline.
Launch Phase
This is the final phase of the "OUR PROCESS". Now we are happy to hand over your project.
